Nanny Needed ~ We are looking for a nanny to become part of our family in Westport, CT. We have a 12 month old son, and are expecting a new baby in the winter. Experience with newborns and toddlers, Infant and Child CPR certification, at least 5 years nanny experience, and fluency in English is required. We prefer those with a background in nursing or teaching and especially those who have been professionally trained in child care. Our family is down to earth and looking for someone who will be long term. Flexibility for the schedule is a must, as the hours are non-traditional. We are not a good fit for someone who is looking for Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 p.m. We will need some evenings, and some weekends. We are willing to pay salary and vacation to someone who is willing to be flexible to how the hours are arranged. A willingness to occasionally travel and stay overnight is appreciated. We prefer if you do not have any children under the age of 16. Light housekeeping, such as laundry and kitchen clean up is needed.
