Nanny Seeking ~ Hi! My name is Lauren and I am a twenty-year-old Spanish Education Major in my second year at UCO. I am looking to begin in a nanny position as of the second week of March. As of right now, I coach gymnastics for children ranging from 16 months to about 7 or 8 years. I have worked with children my whole life, however, and have experience with newly out of the hospital newborns all the way up until 17-year-olds. I am both CPR and First Aid Certified for children ranging from newborn all the way until adulthood. I was not sure, however, if your days were flexible for what days you would need a nanny. I attend classes all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays and therefore would only be available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. I was also curious as to the exact hours that the job would entail and the payment that would be able to be expected. I do have a few more questions, however those can be discussed at a later time. The couple has twin boys and I started babysitting for them when the boys were 3 years old. Every summer I have them from 7:30a.m. - 5:00p.m., Monday- Friday. I fed, changed diapers, and rocked them to sleep throughout the night so the parents could sleep. I successfully learned so much and am so grateful to be experienced with that young of an age. I think growing up that I've pretty much accomplished playing and learning how to play almost every sport.
