Family seeking placement for exceptional nanny (Montgomery County) ~ Chevy Chase, Maryland

Nanny Seeking ~ With the economy and my husband's move to a lower-paying (but exciting) government job, we're no longer able to afford our incredible nanny. We're looking for a lucky family who could benefit from her talents, commitment, and flexibility. Lisa joined our family shortly before our 4 year old was born, when his brother was 3 1/2. We've seen her work very well with an infant, with toddlers, and transition successfully to helping an older child with homework/activities/etc. She is extremely dependable and reliable, exercises very good judgment (which has been important to us, given a child with asthma and another with febrile seizures), and is a safe driver (with her own car). She's a native English speaker (from Trinidad - legal), a good cook (she cooked for the whole family), did everyone's laundry, and served as an overall household manager, while still being loving, patient, and creative with the children. She spent plenty of time with them in the parks, at playgrounds, and the nature center. She knows the area well. She is completely trustworthy; we gave her a credit card in her name and she did our grocery shopping, bought clothes and educational materials for the boys as appropriate, and signed them up for after school activities (after consulting us, of course). She has been babysitting for many years and has maturity and experience (but, in her early 40s, is still young enough and energetic enough to keep up with small kids).
