I don't just put the television on. I keep a CLEAN, smoke-free, pet-free home. I don't feed my children junk food. I offer fresh fruits, vegetables (canned, steamed), meats, whole milk or 2, 100 juice (only during snacks), whole wheat breads and crackers. I do enjoy baking, so I do offer the occasional cookie or brownie. I would provide 2 meals, 2 snacks a day (Breakfast, Lunch... or Lunch, Dinner). Milk is always served with meals.
