Nanny Seeking ~ For any families looking for a nanny this summer, let me tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Elizabeth and I am 23 years old and a Junior at Russell Sage, majoring in Stage Management. For the past two and a half years I have been the site director for a YMCA before/after school program, leading approximately 30 kids in after school homework, crafts, games, etc. During my summers I have worked for the JCC as a summer camp drama specialist for ages 3 - grade 6. I'm not a lifeguard but I do swim and would love to get in the pool with the kids on those hot summer days. I love crafts - paper folding (especially paper airplanes!), sewing, beads, knitting, or just making cities out of recyclables! One thing I hate is to just set kids down in front of the tv. It's much better for them to be busy. If you are planning a family vacation and need someone along to help out I'd be happy to join you. I like pets. Once while babysitting a child, we taught the dog how to play hide and seek! I play piano and sing, if your child would like to learn about either I'd be happy to teach them. I have a car and can provide transportation for both myself and your child(ren). I am available for the entire summer, starting May 10th.
